What this is

Geospatial data is the ground truth beneath decisions that have to hold: site selection and evaluation, due diligence, risk assessment, expansion and network planning, valuation, ESG reporting. You already know which question you are here to answer, and the catalog is organised so you can find the layers that answer it.

We have built this for developers scouting parcels across state lines, for engineering teams that need zoning values as data rather than PDFs, and for analysts who have to defend a number long after the portal it came from has changed.

Why through us

Anyone who has worked with public geodata knows the stories. The WFS that answered last quarter returns an empty collection. The download link points at a redesigned portal. A value changes silently, and nobody can say when, or why, or what it was before.

That chase is our job, not yours. We watch the sources, re-pull them, keep what changed, and hand you one endpoint in one stable format. When something breaks upstream, it breaks on our side. That is where it gets fixed.

How we work

Sixteen states means sixteen publication cultures: different services, formats, projections and legends that quietly contradict each other. Harmonising that is judgement work, and we make those calls explicitly and document them.

The stack behind it is what you would expect from people who do this at scale: automated ingestion, validation, versioned storage. The experience around it is deliberately human. You talk to the people who run the pipeline.

What we're building next

We grow the catalog where our customers point us, and we say openly what each layer covers today. Two things we're working on: keeping the history of every layer so you can see what changed in an area over time, and stable IDs that survive source republications. If you need either sooner rather than later, tell us.

Your region of interest isn't covered?

Coverage follows what each state and municipality has actually digitised, so there are real gaps, and they are not always where you would expect. Tell us the region and the layer you need and we will look into what can be sourced for it, including data we do not list today.
