What are LOD2-Gebäudemodelle?
LOD2-Gebäudemodelle are 3D building models at CityGML Level of Detail 2: each building as a solid with its ground footprint, measured height and a standardised roof shape, gabled, hipped, flat and the other common forms. They are produced by the state surveying offices from official geodata, which makes them the reference 3D building stock of Germany. Wherever a question depends on how tall a building is and which way its roof faces, LOD2 answers it at national scale.

What attributes do LOD2-Gebäudemodelle carry?
