Program Terms

1. Eligibility

• The program is free to join. No minimum referrals are required.
• Referrals must be new paying customers. The referred account must not appear in the Mapular CRM as an active lead, opportunity, customer, or trial participant within the past 180 days.
• Mapular reserves the right to approve or reject affiliate applications at its discretion.

2. Referral Tracking

• Referrals are tracked automatically via your unique referral link with a 30-day attribution window.
• A referral is attributed to you when a new Shopify merchant installs Mapular Store Locator through your link within the 30-day attribution window.
• You can monitor clicks, signups, and earnings in real time from your partner dashboard.

3. Commissions

• You earn 20% recurring commission on every payment your referral makes for 12 months from their first payment.
• Commissions are calculated on the net subscription value (excluding VAT, taxes, and refunds).
• Commissions are earned only on paid subscriptions. Free plan installs do not generate commissions.
• If a referred merchant cancels their subscription or receives a refund, future commissions for that referral stop.
• If a referred merchant uninstalls and later reinstalls, the referral remains attributed to you.

4. Payouts

• Payouts are issued monthly, 30 days after the referred merchant's payment clears.
• Minimum payout threshold: EUR 10. Balances below this threshold roll over to the next month.
• Payouts are made via PayPal. You will be asked for your PayPal email during signup.
• You are responsible for any taxes owed on your affiliate earnings in your jurisdiction.

5. Promotion Guidelines

You may promote Mapular Store Locator through your website, blog, social media, email newsletters, client proposals, and direct recommendations.

Prohibited

• Bidding on "Mapular" or related brand terms in paid search ads (Google Ads, Bing Ads, or similar platforms).
• Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) to promote Mapular.
• Making false or misleading claims about Mapular products, pricing, or features.
• Cookie stuffing, click fraud, or other fraudulent attribution methods.

Affiliate relationships must be disclosed in accordance with applicable regulations (e.g., FTC guidelines, EU consumer protection rules).

6. Termination

• Either party may end the partnership at any time with 14 days written notice.
• Outstanding earned commissions will be paid out after termination, subject to the standard 30-day clearing period and minimum payout threshold.
• Mapular reserves the right to terminate the partnership immediately in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of these promotion guidelines.

7. Changes to These Terms

Mapular may update these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued participation in the program after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
