What data sources do you use?
Demographic data covering population, age bands, and purchasing power across Germany. Our own catalog of 20M+ points of interest for competitor and anchor store overlays. Walking-time catchments based on the road network. Coverage: Germany, all 16 federal states.
Is the methodology suitable for bank presentations?
Yes. We provide a methodology appendix on request describing data sources, scoring weights, and catchment computation. Several customers have used our outputs in financing discussions and franchise partner presentations.
What about Austria and Switzerland?
