How We Work
We start with a data audit. Before building anything, we map your existing data sources, identify gaps, and assess quality. This prevents the common problem of building a dashboard on top of data that is incomplete or inconsistent.
We build incrementally. The first version ships with the most critical metrics and the simplest possible interface. From there, we add complexity based on what your team actually uses, not what a requirements document predicted.
