Account and Settings
How to update your display name, reset your password, switch language, and toggle the app theme.
Your account settings control your profile, the app language, and the visual theme. Access them by clicking your avatar in the top-right corner and selecting Settings.
Profile
You can update your display name from the Profile tab. This name appears in the app header and in shared Mapbooks.
- 1Open Settings from the header menu.
- 2Go to the Profile tab.
- 3Edit your display name and click Save.
Password
- 1Open Settings and go to the Security tab.
- 2Click Reset password.
- 3A reset email is sent to your account email address.
- 4Follow the link in the email to set a new password.
Language
The platform is fully available in English and German. The language setting changes the entire UI: menus, labels, table headers, and PDF exports.
- 1Open Settings and go to the Preferences tab.
- 2Select English or German from the language dropdown.
- 3The UI updates immediately.
PDF reports also respect the language setting. A report generated while the UI is set to German will have German section headings and AI summaries.
Theme
The platform supports light, dark, and system-matched appearance.
- 1Open Settings and go to the Preferences tab.
- 2Under Theme, choose Light, Dark, or System.
- 3System follows your operating system's current appearance setting automatically.
Organization switcher
If your account has access to more than one organization (tenant), a switcher appears in the app header. Use it to move between organizations without logging out. The switcher includes a search field if you have many organizations.
