Change Map Style

You can change the look of your Store Locator map anytime from the Map tab in your settings.

Choose Your Map Provider

In the Map Provider section, you can select between:

OpenStreetMap: default style, no API key needed
Mapbox: additional map styles and customization (requires API key)
Google Maps: familiar Google basemap with preset and custom styles (requires API key)

OpenStreetMap selected as the map provider — OpenStreetMap: no API key required.

Mapbox selected as the map provider — Mapbox: unlocks additional styles.

Google Maps selected as the map provider — Google Maps: familiar basemap with custom styles.

Mapbox and Google Maps both require an API key. See Set Up Your Mapbox Key or Set Up Your Google Maps Key for step-by-step setup.

Mapbox Styles

When using Mapbox, you can choose from several map designs:

Mapbox Standard map style — Standard: clean, modern default.

Mapbox Light map style — Light: minimal light theme.

Mapbox Dark map style — Dark: sleek dark theme.

Mapbox Night map style — Night: high-contrast dark with reduced labels.

Google Maps Styles

When using Google Maps, you can choose from preset styles or bring your own custom Map ID:

Google Maps Standard style — Standard: the familiar Google Maps look.

Google Maps Silver style — Silver: subtle, muted colors.

Google Maps Retro style — Retro: warm vintage tones.

Google Maps Dark style — Dark: sleek dark theme.

For full brand customization, you can create a custom map style in the Google Maps Cloud Console and use your Map ID in the Store Locator settings.

You need a Google Maps API key connected before styles will work. See Set Up Your Google Maps Key if you haven't done this yet.
